I have a new companion friend. He is my  service dog in training. He is a White German Shepherd with Husky  mix. He is very smart and learns quick.

I had a very bad car accident a few years back. I was in Gary Indiana, taking a friend to manager's school. He was living in Chicago at that time. My residence was in Madison, Wisconsin. My speed at the time was 35 miles per hour. I know this because just before approaching the stop lights. I checked my speed. I was in a strange city. doing my best to remain cautious.

As I approached the intersection. A man in a pick up truck blew through his red light. then stopped in my lane. this was right in front of me. He had to stop there because the traffic in the fast lane to my left was going to fast. I know this because I looked to see if I could swerve around the stopped truck in my path.  I slammed on the brakes. My van kept sliding forward right into the side of his pick up truck. He was talking on his cell phone, and was not paying attention to the situation. I bounced off the windshield, as well as my friend. I had my seat belt on prior to picking up coffee, and forgot to put the belt back on. This wasn't a normal thing for me.

In the Emergency Room, my friend was in the area next to the guy we hit. He admitted to being the cause of the accident. then the police interviewed him. the guy name dropped a relative of the cop. so the cop never interviewed my friend. I was in shock from a head injury. the accident was very vague in my mind.

Two years later. This jerk sued me through his insurance agency. I was suffering pretty severe mental illness and physical issues from my long standing disability. I no longer had a vehicle, so to travel to Gary Indiana would have been difficult. I was to ill to even attempt the journey. I looked for a Lawyer, it didn't pan out for me.

The end result was that I no longer can drive. The State of Wisconsin suspended my license. This was because I was not able to go to court in Indiana. The Judgment of some $23,000 against me was the reason.

I do not pretend to know what the answers. Yes, I made some mistakes. But I was not at fault for this accident. This guy was on his stupid phone jabbering away. He still was jabbering away right after the vehicles collided.

I have been suffering from being sick for many years now. I became very ill in boot camp at San Diego Recruit Training Depot. I reacted to the Smallpox Vaccination. For all these years now, I have had a Fever. My muscles from head to toe hurt at all times. In addition to this problem.  I had to work harder to keep up with my fellow Marines. This ended up with injuries from my neck to my shoulders, and legs, feet. In addition to this I have injuries from incidents of abuse. These are documented in my medical records. I had reported to sick bay for most of my ailments throughout my military career.

The incidents of abuse can be easily located. A couple of examples, I had to get stitches in the back of my head. I told them that a friend threw a rock at me. it was more to do with me being gay. I also reported hurting my hip when out on the town. I was kicked in the lower back by another marine. some other incidents include being thrown around the barracks. getting punched and kicked at regular intervals.

Currently I am being treated at the Veteran's Hospital.  For Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in the Mental Health Outpatient Program. I am also being seen by a Doctor for General Medicine, and the Pain Clinic. I must admit my physical needs are not being addressed to my satisfaction.

I have been suicidal for quite some time, because of these situations. I feel like there is no way out of them. I have been below the poverty line for many years now. This is very frustrating that my country will not honor its contractual obligations. I do not feel that my County Veteran's Officer is completely helpful. I feel she has left much out of my claim. this is frustrating for me. Currently the only claims in the system are for Fibromyalgia and CFS. The physical injuries have no claims in the process at all. I am unsure if the Depression and P.T.S.D. are being claimed properly too.

I need a Lawyer who can make sure that donations for my various needs are not considered income.  I have many special needs and desires. These wishes could potentially help many variables to my issues. Currently I have a PayPal account linked to it's own checking account at my local Credit Union

Currently my books are at -150.00. This was due to a low turnout at a concert that was performed. The costs involved with promoting the show. were higher than what the lover offering at the concert cost.  The end total was a negative number.
